This morning, the Waterline team delivered TCO for all areas of the building through level 40, moving the project into post-occupancy for the 1 Hotel Austin, offices, and retail spaces at Waterline Austin.
I am incredibly proud of what our team accomplished today. The daily efforts of individuals have culminated into an irreplaceable reminder of what we have built together. The skyline, streetscape, and urban fabric already show our legacy.
The grit and determination it takes to perform at this level makes it difficult to see the success as it's happening.
I'm taking a step back to recognize the work we've put in and looking forward to celebrating this victory with my DPR team!
