As I was locking up the site before Thanksgiving, I was filled with an immense sense of gratitude and pride. I'm thankful to be a small part of a team of exceptional builders who have persevered through a daily onslaught of challenges — delays, unwelcome surprises, difficult personalities, wind, rain, snow, and worse.
For most people, the scope of our work is impossible to understand. The only ones who truly get it sit next to you in the office trailer.
Stepping back this week, it's clear just how far we've come since breaking ground in June 2022. With the support of our clients, design team, trade partners, and craftspeople, the Waterline team has much to celebrate and be thankful for.
It's back to work again tomorrow.
