Lincoln Property Company and Kairoi Residential are the co-developers of this 74-story, 1,025-foot supertall tower, which upon completion will be the tallest building in Texas. This expansive mixed-use endeavor encompasses a blend of office spaces, residences, a hotel, as well as above and below-grade parking, plazas, and open spaces across a sprawling 3.25-acre site. Positioned at the pivotal junction of East Cesar Chavez and Red River Street, serving as the de facto entrance to the Rainey Street Development, the project boasts a strategic adjacency to Waller Creek.
